8 Week Challenge : July and August - 400m time trial during regular training - work to improve your pace time

 

100 x 100m Challenge : October - Special Event with entry fee.  You can choose to do 20, 30, 50, 100 (or whatever amount) x 100m on a set repeat time.  This is in preparation for the open water season.
