TRAINING AND COACHING INFORMATION
he club generally swims with 4 or 5 ability lanes. Lane training distances start at around 1800m/2km through to 3km/3.2km. The club is very fortunate to have a team of volunteer coaches who work under the guidance of a head coach who sets the annual programme.
Look for our large, white equipment crate poolside..
REGULAR TRAINING SESSION TIMES
Monday: 6.30pm - 7.30pm Craigie (indoor 25m)
Tuesday: 6.30pm - 7.30pm Craigie (outdoor 50m)
Thursday: 6.30pm to 8.00pm Craigie (outdoor 50m)
Saturday: 8.30am to 9.30am Craigie (outdoor 50m) - followed by coffee in the cafe
OPEN WATER SWIMS
There is a regular group that meets at Mullaloo Beach on Sunday mornings.
Bring your own fins, pull buoy, paddles and kick board.
Cost for swim is pool entry only, lane fees covered in registration.
Multiple visit passes are the cheapest option at Craigie. However, if swimming more than twice a week, you might consider a Pool Membership. Speak to someone at reception for your best option.
