TRAINING AND COACHING INFORMATION

The club swims with 4 or 5 ability lanes.  Lane training distances start at around 1800m/2km through to 3km/3.2km.  The club is very fortunate to have a team of volunteer coaches who work under the guidance of a head coach who sets the annual programme.

 

Look for our large, white equipment crate at both venues.

REGULAR TRAINING SESSION TIMES 

Monday: 6.30pm - 7.30pm Craigie (indoor 25m)

Tuesday:  6.30pm - 7.30pm HBF Arena Joondalup 

Thursday: 6.30pm to 7.30pm HBF Arena Joondalup 

Saturday: 8.30am to 9.30am Craigie (outdoor 50m)  - followed by coffee in the cafe

OPEN WATER SWIMS

There is a regular group that meets at Mullaloo Beach on Sunday mornings. 

 

Training Notes:  

Bring your own fins, pull buoy, paddles and kick board.

Cost for swim is pool entry only, lane fees covered in registration. 

Concession as a club swimmer is available at HBF Arena Joondalup for club sessions, ask reception when paying for  multiple pass entry. Not available for single entries.

Multiple visit passes are the cheapest option at Craigie
